How much?

How much does it cost?  This a typical and very good question in all walks of life….In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I equate the price to the value in what you receive.

Over the last 3 decades, I have probably spent, literally, a few hundred thousand dollars in classes, private lessons, trips to Brazil, trips to Academy’s and seminars around the country….to be able to attain the knowledge that I share now with my students. I’ve made significant investments in my knowledge that others have shared with me.

I recommend another question to all potential students of BJJ anywhere:  what do I get for the money I’m spending?  A very fair question.

From these two questions, you can gain a lot of information to make a good decision on a style of Martial Arts, as well as a BJJ School that works for you!

At Hendo BJJ you will learn traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.  When you embrace Jiu-Jitsu you will not only learn and apply good Jiu-Jitsu, you will develop into a BJJ lifestyle.

This is what you will be getting and developing into for your money:

This is straight from Grand Master Carlos Gracie

1. Be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

2. Speak to everyone of happiness, health, and prosperity.

3. Give all your friends the feeling that they are valuable.

4. Look at things from a positive point of view and turn positivity into a reality of life.

5. Think only about the best, work only for the best, and always expect the best.

6. Be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are of your own.

7. Forget about past mistakes and concentrate your energy on the victories of tomorrow.

8. Always make those around you happy and keep a pleasant attitude to all those who address you.

9. Apply the largest amount of your time on self-improvement and no time in criticizing others.

10. Be too big to feel unrest, too noble to feel anger, too strong to feel fear, and too happy to tumble in adversity.

11. Hold a positive opinion of yourself and tell it to the world. Not through words of vanity, but through benevolence.

12. Believe strongly that the world is in your side, if you keep true to what is best within you.

This is what we strive for, work for, and yes….pay for.

It’s not only what you get for your money….it’s what you are MISSING OUT ON, if you don’t train.

“Train hard, Train Smart….Train for LIFE”
